5C Construction is a small, family owned and community centered local business, named for the five Conroys (seen right). Our staff has the combined experience of over 95 years in the construction industry, with particular emphasis on tile installation and kitchen and bathroom remodels. ​At 5C we're passionate about creating beautiful and functional spaces that you'll love. We take time to make the people we service feel heard, and we guarantee we'll do everything we can to give you the best possible finished project for affordable rates.

No job is too big or too small. Our company has also been involved in many commercial tenant improvement projects throughout Sierra Vista and Tucson, for local universities, property management companies, healthcare practices, and small businesses.

Our company values community involvement. Many of our staff members offer their free time and talents to local youth sports teams, the Boy Scouts of America, religious congregations, and more. Community service is a priority at 5C, and we want people to feel confident that they are receiving the best care from good people when they hire us.
